Warner Bros has decided to take a stab at a live-action version of Hajime Isayama's‘s Attack On TItan. AoT just finished the first half of it’s third season of the anime rendition and is much further along story wise in the manga. Variety reported that Andy Muscietti, the director of 2017 It (Stephen King’s book,) has been chosen to direct the film.
There have been two other live-action movies in Japan, but how will this western version compare. Some of the big-monster movies that have come out of Hollywood in the past decade have been really solid, so there is a chance this movie might work out. They are going to HAVE to keep it rated R to really capture the gore and darkness that this story brings with it.
