EVOLUTION OF SIMPLICITY

Meet Adis Redzic, owner of one of the cleaner EVO 9 in the Southeast and one of our contributing photographers. With a large number of EVOs to draw from, we chose Adis' due to its simplicity and balanced modifications. (It helps he plans on putting it on track very soon.)

Adis constantly takes awesome photos of his car, but Ando and I wanted to bring this car into a different light. Ando's night shots are some of my favorites, so we decided to meet in Nashville after sundown and see what we could come up with.

We found a parking garage on the north side of town that happened to have all of the gates raised and took advantage!

Adis went with a very classic & functional look with his 18x9.5 +27 Enkei NT03+M; a wheel you see pretty commonly on EVOs but can't help but love. (Similar to RPF1 on a S2000.)

I met Adis in 2017 during a trip to Riverside Chattanooga II. He was having some clutch issues through the mountains, but I couldn't keep my eyes off the beautiful Rally Red paint. I am very excited to see what his car looks like after his next round of aero mods.

Adis' interior has a good mix of iconic Japanese flare. Sporting Bride Gias reclineable seats and Takata 4pt harnesses.

He then sports a Nardi Deep Corn steering wheel to pilot his machine.

Now he just needs to upgrade from a harness bar to a roll bar and this thing is ready to carve the track.

Don't mind the Starbucks and stuff, Adis and his wife cruise around in this thing all the time. Spending as much time as possible in the car you love is something that brings joy to my heart.

The photo below reminds me of the old Limp Bizkit album cover and I love it.

Shameless plug. Grab a SSJ Goku Sticker in our store.

MEET ADIS

How’d you get into cars?

I was 10 years old when the first Fast & Furious came out. Ever since then I’ve had this huge passion for cars. It sounds kind of silly but I always wanted to be a real life Brian O’Conner. I also played this game called Nitto 1320 and I think from then on everything really revolves around cars.

F&F or Top Gear?

It’s hard to choose, I think F&F just because it was about the modified car scene. But as I got older Top Gear was something I looked forward to more than F&F
